Summer Toddy

Cool, spiced refreshment for warm-weather sipping.

Summer toddies are a refreshing twist on a timeless tradition—served chilled for easy afternoons and breezy evenings. Whether you're hosting on the patio or unwinding solo, these spice blends offer a flavorful base for a no-fuss mocktail or cocktail.

Available in Two Flavors:

  • Spiced Bergamot – Black Tea, Cinnamon Sticks, Ginger, Lemon Peel, Cloves, Bergamot

  • Spiced Hibiscus – Hibiscus Petals, Cinnamon Sticks, Ginger, Allspice

Boil 4 cups of water. Add 2–3 tablespoons of spice blend and cinnamon sticks (to taste) in a muslin bag. Steep for 8–10 minutes, then remove the bag and sweeten with honey if desired. Add 4 cups of cold water. Refrigerate overnight or serve over ice.

For a spirited version Spiced Hibiscus : Serve over ice, stir in up to 2 oz of your favorite summer alcohol (Dark Rum, Tequila, Vodka or Gin) to each glass. Stir. Garnish with lime.
